This year's orchestral project continues the recent collaborations between the School of Music at the University of Leeds and the Leeds Conservatoire. The programme, conducted by Ben Crick, begins with a rare performance of Lili Boulanger's D'un matin de printemps followed by an equally rare performance of Marie Jaëll's cello concerto with guest soloist Valerie Welbanks. We conclude with a performance of Schubert's 8th Symphony, "Unfinished".
