Eboracum Baroque: Chris Parsons (natural trumpet) Angela Hicks (soprano) Oliver-John Ruthven (harpsichord)

Eboracum Baroque are an exciting group of young musicians performing all across the UK from large scale opera and oratorio performances to small scale chamber music recitals. For this performance Chris Parsons, trumpet and director of Eboracum Baroque, is joined by soprano Angela Hicks to present a programme of English music featuring the works of Henry Purcell (1659-1695) and G.F.Handel (1685-1759). There will also be a chance to hear some lesser well known works including the delightful Trumpet concerto by Richard Mudge (1718-1763). More can be read about the group at www.eboracumbaroque.co.uk
